1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ce77 ("ce77", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ce77 platform available at https://ce77.onl and all associated services, including online sports betting, live casino games, slot games, card games, and any other gaming or wagering products offered by ce77.

By registering an account with ce77, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any part of the ce77 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the ce77 platform.

These Terms should be read alongside the ce77 Privacy Policy and the ce77 Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and ce77. 2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the ce77 website at https://ce77.onl and all services, features, and content accessible through it.
• "Account" means a registered player account on the ce77 platform.
• "Player" or "User" means any individual who has registered an account with ce77 and is aged 21 years or older.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's ce77 account at any given time, including both real-money funds and bonus funds where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's account as part of a ce77 promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Player must wager a bonus amount before that bonus (and any winnings derived from it) becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "Deposit" means a transfer of real money into a Player's ce77 account balance via an approved payment method.
• "Withdrawal" means a transfer of real-money funds from a Player's ce77 account balance to an approved payment method registered in the Player's own name.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by ce77 before processing withdrawals or as otherwise requested by ce77 at any time.
• "BDT" or "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which all account balances, deposits, and withdrawals on the ce77 platform are denominated for Bangladesh players.

3. Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account with ce77 and to use any gambling or betting service on the platform. By completing the registration process, you declare under your own responsibility that you are 21 years of age or older. ce77 takes age verification seriously and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Where a Player is found to be under 21 years of age, ce77 will close the account immediately and return any deposited funds (net of any sums used to place bets or wagers) in accordance with applicable policy.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual player may register and operate only one ce77 account. It is strictly prohibited to hold multiple accounts, whether under the same name or different names. If ce77 identifies that a Player holds more than one account, ce77 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any associated bets or wagers, and forfeit any balances held in duplicate accounts. ce77 may, at its sole discretion, allow a Player to continue using a single designated account after an investigation.

3.3 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and keep this information updated throughout your use of the ce77 platform. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information — including a false name, date of birth, address, or payment method details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, the voiding of all bets placed under the account, and the forfeiture of any account balance.

3.4 Jurisdiction

It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the ce77 platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. ce77 makes no representation that its services are legal in all jurisdictions. You must not access the ce77 platform if doing so would be unlawful in your place of residence or location. ce77 targets its services at the Bangladesh market and makes no warranty regarding the legality of access from other jurisdictions.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your ce77 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. ce77 strongly recommends that you:

• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use for any other website or service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (SMS OTP) on your ce77 account.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party, including friends, family members, or ce77 support staff (ce77 staff will never ask for your password).
• Log out of your ce77 account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Notify ce77 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

ce77 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure. All transactions carried out through your ce77 account while your credentials are in use — whether or not authorised by you — are your responsibility unless you have notified ce77 of unauthorised access in advance of the relevant transaction.

5. Deposits & Payments

5.1 Approved Payment Methods

ce77 accepts deposits from Bangladesh players via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. ce77 reserves the right to add, remove, or modify accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.

5.2 Own-Name Payments Only

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where funds originate from a payment account belonging to another individual — are strictly prohibited. ce77 reserves the right to reverse any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account and may suspend the recipient's ce77 account pending investigation.

5.3 Processing Times

Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your ce77 account within 60 seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the issuing bank's processing times. ce77 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

5.4 Currency

All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Where a deposit is made in a different currency, it will be converted to BDT at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing. ce77 does not guarantee any specific exchange rate and is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.

6. Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Requirements

To be eligible to submit a withdrawal request, you must have completed the ce77 KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process. This process requires you to provide a copy of a valid government-issued photo identification document (such as a National Identity Card, passport, or birth registration certificate) and proof of your registered payment method. ce77 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.

6.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests for standard amounts are typically processed within one to four hours of submission, subject to successful KYC verification and the absence of any pending investigation. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit, up to the amount deposited via that method. Any excess balance may be withdrawn to an alternative approved payment method registered in your own name.

6.3 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may only be withdrawn after the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are set out in the specific promotion terms. If you choose to close your account or if your account is closed by ce77 before wagering requirements are met, any associated bonus funds and related winnings will be forfeited.

6.4 Right to Decline Withdrawals

ce77 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where: (a) the Player has not completed KYC verification; (b) the withdrawal is subject to an ongoing fraud or security investigation; (c) the withdrawal would result in a negative account balance after pending wagers are settled; or (d) ce77 has reasonable grounds to suspect that the relevant funds are the proceeds of fraudulent activity.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

ce77 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to registered Players. The following general rules apply to all ce77 promotions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible Players who meet the criteria set out in the promotion terms, including minimum deposit amounts, opt-in requirements, and time limits.
• Each Player is entitled to claim a specific promotion only once unless the promotion terms expressly provide otherwise. Creating duplicate accounts to claim a bonus more than once constitutes fraud and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.
• ce77 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without notice, and to void any bets placed using bonus funds where there is evidence of abuse or exploitation of a promotion.
• Bonus funds must be used within the time period specified in the relevant promotion terms. Unused bonus funds that expire will be automatically removed from the Player's account balance.
• In the event of any dispute regarding the application of a bonus, ce77's decision shall be final.

8. Betting & Gaming Rules

8.1 Placement of Bets

All bets placed through the ce77 platform are final once confirmed. It is the Player's responsibility to check the details of any bet — including stake amount, selection, odds, and market — before confirming placement. ce77 does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been confirmed, except in circumstances where ce77 determines at its sole discretion that an obvious error has occurred (see Section 8.3).

8.2 Insufficient Funds

Bets may only be placed using available real-money or bonus funds held in the Player's ce77 account balance. ce77 will not accept bets that exceed the available account balance and will not extend credit to Players under any circumstances.

8.3 Obvious Errors

Where ce77 identifies that a bet has been accepted as a result of an obvious pricing error — for example, where odds were published at a clearly incorrect level due to a technical or human error — ce77 reserves the right to void the relevant bet and return the stake to the Player's account balance. ce77 will notify the Player of any such voiding via their registered account or email address.

8.4 Live Betting

Live in-play betting markets on cricket, football, and other sports are subject to rapid odds movements. ce77 does not guarantee that any specific live bet will be accepted at the price displayed, as odds are updated in real time. Where a bet is accepted at a different price than that displayed at the time of placement, ce77 will notify the Player and provide the opportunity to accept or decline the revised price before the bet is confirmed.

8.5 Game Availability

ce77 reserves the right to suspend, withdraw, or modify any game, betting market, or casino product at any time without prior notice. Where a Player has funds committed to a suspended or withdrawn product, ce77 will resolve the situation in a fair and transparent manner — returning stakes where markets have been voided, and honouring outstanding bets where markets have been settled correctly.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ce77 platform. Any Player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct may have their account immediately suspended, all associated bets voided, and their account balance forfeited in whole or in part, at ce77's sole discretion:

• Using any automated software, bot, script, or other technical tool to place bets, access account features, or interact with the platform in a way not intended for human users.
• Colluding with other Players — for example, by sharing information about live in-play game states to gain a betting advantage, or coordinating bets to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome.
• Exploiting any error, bug, or malfunction in the ce77 platform software or payment systems to gain an unintended advantage.
• Using funds of illegal origin — including proceeds of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity — to fund a ce77 account or place bets.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the underlying source code or technical infrastructure of the ce77 platform.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or corrupt wagering in relation to any sporting event offered on the ce77 platform.
• Creating more than one ce77 account for the purposes of claiming bonuses or evading account restrictions or closures.
• Impersonating ce77 staff or other Players, or misrepresenting your identity in any communication with ce77.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the ce77 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software — is the property of ce77 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the ce77 platform without the express written permission of ce77.

The ce77 brand name, logo, and all associated trade marks are the exclusive property of ce77. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence or right to use any ce77 trade mark, trade name, or brand element.

11. Responsible Gaming

ce77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among its Players. All registered ce77 accounts have access to the following responsible gaming tools, available immediately from within the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your ce77 account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Controls: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out of your ce77 account.
• Reality Check Notifications: Receive periodic reminders of how long you have been logged in and how much you have wagered during your current session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict your access to the ce77 platform for a defined period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.

• Interruption or unavailability of the ce77 platform due to technical faults, maintenance, or events outside ce77's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your ce77 account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Delays in the processing of deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
• Inaccuracies in odds, scores, or statistics displayed on the platform that arise from data feed errors or delays.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit ce77's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law. ce77's aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Privacy & Data

By registering a ce77 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy forms part of the overall agreement between you and ce77 and should be read alongside these Terms.

ce77 uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the ce77 platform. Player funds are held separately from ce77 operational funds. ce77 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

14. Amendments to These Terms

ce77 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material — for example, changes to withdrawal processing procedures, bonus wagering requirements, or eligibility criteria — ce77 will provide at least 7 days' notice to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the ce77 platform before the changes take effect.

15. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the ce77 platform's operating jurisdiction. ce77 makes no representations that the services offered on the platform are appropriate or lawful for use outside Bangladesh. Players accessing the ce77 platform from outside Bangladesh do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws.

In the event of a dispute between you and ce77 that cannot be resolved through ce77's internal complaints process, both parties agree to attempt mediation in good faith before pursuing any formal legal proceedings. ce77's internal complaints process is initiated by contacting [email protected] with a written description of the dispute. ce77 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 14 business days.
